It is just that the creators of Nip/Tuck know very well how popular the show is and they had no other option but to come back with a brand new season. So let me tell you something more about the new season. The season will premiere on 6^th January 2009 and will have a total of 13 episodes. The guest stars who will be appearing on the show this season include Sharon Gless, Portia de Rossi, Anna Lynne McCord, Bradley Cooper, John Schneider, Jennifer Coolidge, Morgan Fairchild and Katee Sackoff. The show will now trace the lives of the two main characters as they settle into a new life in Los Angeles.

The controversial show revolves around the lives of Dr. Sean McNamara and Dr. Christian Troy, a pair of plastic surgeons who moved to Los Angeles in season five. It tells their story as one of them is trying to keep his marriage together and the other is trying to add some sex appeal to his life. It is a comedy drama which is downright addictive and keeps the audience glued to their television sets.
