Merril and Kimber are now engaged but Dr. Merril Bobolit has advertised Christian’s work in Kimber as his own. Sean sent away Mr. Parks who wanted tail hair of his show dog transplanted to Sir Winston’s head. He was offering $150,000, still Sean refused and the case went to Dr. Merril who kills the patient. The doctor duo, in the mean while, keeps working for Escobar, scooping out drugs from breast implants. Nurse Liz goes to Bermuda after she is shot in the leg by a man working for Escobar. Sean wishes to slay off Escobar but instead does a deal with him for a new face for Escobar. Christian now knows that he is not the father of Gina’s baby as they both have sex to speed up delivery and a colored baby comes out. Julia goes up to get the paternity test she had got done. The doctors operate upon Escobar and give him the face of the most wanted criminal – Jorge Baco who is wanted for bank robbery and for murder of a federal agent and FBI arrests him.
