Sean and Christian have an appointment with Ms. Caine, who wishes to get rid of her calves and ankles through a surgery. Liz comes in with the news that Gina was waiting for him. Christian is informed by Gina that she was pregnant and he had to help with the baby.

As they are getting ready for the operation, Christian and Sean talk about their lives and Gina’s pregnancy. Sean tells Christian that Julia didn’t want him at Annie’s eighth b-day party.

Christian however goes visiting his house and gifts Annie a pet bird, while talking out things with Julia who asks him to start his own family.

Cara asks Matt to come with her to the prayer group after the school is over. Also present there is Henry who finds Cara good looking and is planning on change of religion.

Ms. Caine tells Liz and Sean that she has multiple personalities and demands for smaller breasts so that the guys at school wouldn’t poke on them. Sean then consults her doctor who agrees for the surgery.

Julia and Sean over sex pledge to be more honest with each other in future.

Christian tells Gina that he would stand by her and their baby but she has already got an abortion, disheartening him.

Grace and Sean confirm to Montana that they wouldn’t be doing the breast operation, but this time another personality named Justice comes up so a scared Sean assents for the surgery.

Julia drops by Christian’s home, on the pretext of returning Annie’s birthday gift and sneaks Christian’s brush from his bathroom to get a paternity test done, to check on who is the real father of her son Matt.

For lunch, Henry, Cara and Matt sit together and while Cara leaves Henry tells him that he would invite her to the prom and when Henry goes off and Cara comes, she asks Matt to take her to the prom which he refuses and she goes away. Gina confirms to Christian that she is pregnant and he tells her that he would be there for her and the child and even support them financially.

Matt later learns that Henry was returning to his faith and Cara would know of what really occurred.

Julia decides to tell Christian some secret but when she comes she sees that Christian was trying his own family now. So she says sorry for asking questions about Megan and runs away leaving Christian confused and worried.
