Liz is not sure whether Christian is rightly reattaching a guy’s finger so she beckons Sean who decides to do the surgery himself. Both of them discuss their coming test which is mandatory for all plastic surgeons to continue their practice. Christian confesses that Sean had always been the better one between two of them.
Sean goes along with Megan for a consultation but the doctor confirms that nothing now could be done.
Mrs. Grubman and her new fiancé, Sumner Charles come calling Christian to demand for free surgeries in order to make their private parts look younger. Mrs. Grubman brings up the law suit threat and orders that Sean would be doing the operations.
On the test site, the duo, find that they would be tested on cadaver heads Christian is slightly apprehensive about passing the test.
Part-A
Sean learns over dinner with Megan that she was thinking about suicide. He tries convincing her later too when she is packing up, against the idea.
Since Christian is edgy the next day too, he goes to morgue and after bribing the guard performs a chin operation on a dead body.
The duo have another test, in which Sean starts imagining that the head was talking to him and Christian by mistake flings away his head a few feet away.
Part-B
Sean witnesses Megan taking pills and placing a plastic bag on her head and stays with her up till the end. Christian is quite happy later as he passed the test. Sean tells Christian everything about Megan and him and about her death as he can’t take it any more.
Julia asks Sean if she could go with him for the tribute Jim, Megan’s ex-husband is giving for her. Everyone is sad as her ashes are thrown into the ocean as per her last wishes.
Julia asks Sean, when they reach home whether he was having an affair or not. Sean accepts the charges and points out about Jude, whose photos he had discovered in her book. Julia then informs him that she preferred Sean over Jude and hence never had any affair with him. Then the couple talks about their marriage, as Sean rests his head on her lap muttering the three words again and again.
“I’m sorry.”
