At the school, Matt smokes marijuana with his friend Henry, talking about religion. As they drive in the car later, both of them have an argument over the choice of radio station and Matt hits Cara with the car. Without looking for the unconscious Cara, they drive down the road.

Matt learns about this at break fast the next day when Sean reads out an article from the news paper. Grace and Christian check up Devon Greco who wants a better nose as the current one resembles her father’s who had raped her when she was a kid. She is recommended a psychiatrist immediately.

Mike Shane’s crotch is checked by Sean after the operation but he wants Christian to see to it. Mike then asks Christian that he wants the mark removed as he has to go to his honeymoon.
Matt goes to the hospital to see Cara and comes across her mother; Kate who tells him that she was religious minded and did not believe in any surgery.

Matt then approaches his father to do a surgery on Cara as a goodwill gesture. He forces Cara’s mother and Sean and Christian then perform an operation on Cara.

Part-B

Grace and Sean meet Megan O’ Hara as she wishes to get some work done on her breasts. Grace notices the other two’s affairs and reveals to Christian. Sean, learning this, shouts at Grace and the secrets spill out. Sean comes to know about Christian and Grace having sex together. Christian also learns that Sean had hit upon Grace before hiring her at their office.

Christian upon returning home turns on the TV and finds out that Mike Shane is actually is being indicated in cases of child sodomy and his real name is Michael Shannon. The following day, Christian and Sean discuss about how to handle the issue.

Christian meets Devon to say sorry for his behavior. Matt also has sorry reserved for Cara who is in coma and Sean goes up to Megan after her operation is done.

Christian corners Michael in the church and makes Michael confess his crime. Christian gets emotional and relays down his confession too.
