Kurt Dempsey apprises Christian and Sean of his Japanese girlfriend, whom he wishes to marry. In order to please her parents, he asks for a plastic surgery, to look like Japanese. Julia is surprised at the results of the pregnancy test she does in the bathroom.

Christian is at the club and motivates his engaged friend to hit upon a girl, as he was not married yet. Julia gets a good grade at her class, and is invited by Jude for lunch, which she refuses.

Sean and Christian are removing tattoos off a man’s back and discussing things during a surgery, when Dr. Grace Santiago intrudes to remind them of a couple waiting for them. Both of them squabble over who should go, and Christian leaves for the consult.

Christian and Grace listen to Ellie Collin’s case and afterwards he shouts at her for not beginning the consult in his absence.

Julia and Sean are in the kitchen discussing, how Sean is so successful and Julia’s talent is being wasted. As Sean tells her, that he would stand by her through her studies, she informs him about her pregnancy.

This news, Sean relays to Christian as they are performing an operation on Kurt Dempsey.

Dr. Grace walks into Christian’s office where he is having sex on his table. She later recommends him to attend Sex-aholics Anonymous meetings.

Sean and Julia discuss about the baby as Julia wishes to continue her studies rather then bring up a child. So Sean offers to stay at home and bring up the kids while she studies to be a doctor.

Christian meets an ex-patient, Shelly Edwards at a bar, who had got operated in lieu of sex. When he refuses any more of such offers, she offers a three some with her daughter as well. Christian finally heads for Sex- aholics Anonymous meetings, but meets Gina and flirts with her.

Sean informs Christian about his three months leave for the baby and while operating Ellie Collins they realize that she had lied about being in a car accident.

Julia and Sean go for check up and learn that Julia needed bed rest for seven months as there was a risk. Later Matt and Julia discuss over lunch about the baby, Julia is not very eager to have.

Grace and Christian confront Ellie over her lie and discover that her husband David had broken her nose as she wanted a surgery done there.

Part-B

Julia is at school when she feels dizzy and makes Jude to bring her to a hospital.

Christian apologizes to Grace for his rudeness and they both end up having sex in his apartment, which ends up quite abruptly.

Sean is the only one sad to hear that Julia miscarried. He gets a call from Kurt Dempsey’s girlfriend, who invites him for her wedding with Kurt.
