Christian Troy checks out a new car and even tries a test drive. He then conducts a consultation along with Sean Mc Namara about a porn star. Hearing out her case, Christian Troy gives her an appointment for the surgery on Thursday but as she exits, Sean debates the case with him.

Sean and Julia couple up in the shower and Sean tries anal sex but his wife objects. Julia leaves for the med school and learns that Isis, her old class fellow was now her teacher.

Sophia Lopez is transgender and visits Sean for a consultation about a neck surgery done inappropriately. Sean instantly gives his nod for an operation.

Christian later brings in for Sean a basket full of porn, telling him about a party where he would be establishing new clients. But they both have a heated discussion over Sophia Lopez, in the midst of which Sean slips out the shower incident with Julia.

Taking Christian’s advice Sean prepares for a romantic dinner for his wife but it is ruined since she comes home with her classmate Jude. Sean is unhappy so instead of dinner he proceeds to enjoy some porn.

Christian is accompanied by Matt to the party where Matt hooks up with a girl, claiming to be the agent who will help her in advancing her career. Both of them take up a room.
Christian in the meantime receives an offer from Dr. Merril Bobolit to join him.

About a week after this, a patient gets enraged at seeing porn stars in the office and exits so Dr. Grace and Seam talk out with Christian not to perform operations on porn stars.

Uneasy about this, Christian Troy decides to discuss with Dr. Merril about joining his practice so meets him up for lunch.

Sophia Lopez rings up Sean to tell him the woes of her friend who was also operated improperly. Since no one will perform a surgery so Sean decides to do it but also tries knowing who the doctor is who performs such surgeries.

Matt meets up with the girl from the party and confesses that he is not an agent, as he though she came to know about the truth. But she wanted to inform him that there was a possibility that a STD might have passed upon him from her.

Dr. Marcus Grayson, Sean’s old teacher is the one who was performing all the wrong surgeries on transgenders so Sean threatens him to retire or face consequences.

Julia comes to know about the whore and Matt and takes Matt along to Christian for a thorough examination. She also tells him stay away from her son.

Christian meets up Matt at his school to show his new car and tell him that his tests were all ok. But Matt does not want to go with him in his car and goes up to attend school instead.

Christian Troy telephones Dr. Merril to say no to his offer to join his practice. Sean is flipping pages of a magazine as his wife is studying. Julia then comes up with the idea of watching porn movies but he declines and they go on with their studying.

Dr. Marcus Grayson answers the door to another transgender patient.
