A die hard Michael Jackson fan, Mr. Diamond comes in to visit Christian who rejects his case, as he already has undergone plenty of face surgeries. Mrs. Grubman comes in to tell Troy that she deserved quality sheets for her bed while Liz informs him that there are some problems at home so Sean Mc Namara would not be coming soon.
Inside the bathroom, Sean and Matt discuss Matt’s problem while Julia sits outside. Sean announces a surgery but in exchange of Matt’s word that he would be more forthcoming to his father.
The next patient to visit Christian Troy is Nanette Babcock who wants to get rid of stretch marks on her chest and get a liposuction done. On the whole, she has to appear at her ten year high school reunion, looking good.
At the McNamara household, Officer Stone drops by to explain to Julia that for killing Frisky, Annie’s gebril, she would either have to take the animal anger management class or pay a fine of $5,000.
Christian and Sean are getting ready to conduct Matt’s surgery when an argument ensues about hiring and firing of Dr. Grace and Dr. Pendleton. Just when they are to start the operation, Sean gets edgy so Troy asks him to attend Mrs. Grubman’s tummy tuck and he would take care of Matt’s surgery.
Christian Troy is about to proceed with the Nanette Babcock surgery but Dr. Grace and Sean Mc Namara talk him out it. Nanette does not take this decision in good spirit and is very furious at Troy for calling off the operation. Later Troy sees his car, in such a wreck that even the garage mechanic is certain that it is beyond repairs.
At the hospital, Matt has a visitor; Vanessa. Sean is unhappy that Mrs. Grubman was changing appointments too often. Later they see an attorney representing her claiming ten million dollars as a surgical tool was left inside the lady during the operation. Sean passes the buck on Liz but then confesses his mistake. Christian Troy goes to Mrs. Grubman at her house and she offers him a deal.
When he is all well, Matt goes to meet Vanessa but catches her making love to another cheerleader, so darts away furiously.
Sean and Julia have a hearty husband wife talk about their children and other issues, as Matt comes in to convey to his father, what a great sex it was with Vanessa.
Dr. Grace tries to talk out issues with Nanette but she is not listening. Then even Sean calls her, and she goes in to meet him in anticipation of a surgery but he just recommends a psychologist to her. Christian Troy and Mrs. Grubman spend a night together, after which Mrs. Grubman announces that all her operations would be conducted, free of cost.
Nanette Babcock shoves a weapon into her mouth and blows up her head.
