Dr. Pendleton is the new psychologist, Christian Troy and Sean Mc Namara have hired, and upon entering the operation theatre, he questions the duo about what was happening. He is told that a woman’s breast implant was harmed by her violent lover and it was their job to fix it up. Dr. Pendleton gets unconscious watching the woman’s breasts.

Next comes two new patients for Christian and Sean, twin sisters, Randi and Mandi who are sick of people  getting muddled up identifying the identical twins, so they want to change their appearances. While Sean wants to have Dr. Pendleton’s opinion, Christian points out that Dr. Grace Santiago has already consented for a surgery.

At the breakfast, the following morning, Sean hands his son Matt a condom to enable him hide from his girlfriend, his uncircumcised penis. Julia gets upset at Annie’s plans for making up posters for the gerbil, Frisky who is now missing. Sean and Julia have an argument when Sean comes to know that Suzanne and Julia are making some gift baskets.

Christian meets Jo at a tanning salon, and they make out with each other, but Christian keeps envisioning Julia so he exits. Sean has a luncheon meeting with Dr. Grace Santiago to discuss the case of the identical twins, Randi and Mandi. Dr. Grace tells him how the girls lost their virginity to an older man, and how much a significant identity means to them.

Vanessa and Matt are about to have sex, when Vanessa points it out that she wants to see Matt’s penis before he puts on a condom. He shows her and she gets crazy.

Sean offers Liz both, an apology and a double salary package, so she returns to work. But Sean is quite unhappy at his house so he packs up his things, argues with his wife and exits his house.

As they are about to start operation of the identical twins, Sean tells Christian that he left his home, so as not to break up his marriage. Christian suggests Sean of some bachelor fun, while he proceeds to operate on Randi, as Sean would be working on Mandi.

Suzzane and Julia are in midst of a conversation regarding husbands and gift baskets when the plumber working in the toilet shows them Firsky, the dead Gebril due to which the pipes were blocked. Julia informs everyone she did it, and the other two look at her in a sick way.

Christian takes Matt into a strip club to boost up the boy’s confidence by letting him have sex with a striper. Matt does not seem to be interested so Christian goes in the back room with  a striper, Avanti who tries to turn him on  but Christian can only see Julia everywhere. He then wards off Avanti by revealing to her a list of surgeries she should get done as she looks very ugly.

Mr. Brancato has a consultation with Sean and Dr. Pendleton.  While discussing the case, Sean tells Christian that Mr. Brancato wants to widen up his very thin penis and it was not a good idea according to him. Dr. Pendleton disagrees because he thinks that such a move would bolster up the man’s confidence. Later Christian and Pendleton go jogging where Christian shares his doubts with Pendleton who offers certain remedies.

Christian visits Julia to talk about their past. Julia breaks down and Christian comforts her. He then invites her to his place later that night.

For self-circumcision, Matt takes help from internet while Christian visits the twins at the hospital. Mandi complains to him that the male nurse never paid any attention to her so the twins want their old faces back. Sean tries flirting with Dr. Grace when he meets her but she does not encourage him.
Sean and Christian perform operation on Dr. Brancato, as Christian learns that it would pain Sean to see Julia with someone else and also that Liz is back on her job but with a double salary. Later, Dr. Pendleton talks to Sean and is chucked out immediately from his job. Sean then tries to replace Dr. Grace with Dr. Pendleton.

Julia walks in Christian’s apartment to see him having sex with the twins, Randi and Mandi, so she runs away, with Christian going after her to tell her that Sean was the guy for him. Julia comes home to see Sean back at home. She tries to resist but ultimately lands up in bed with him.

In the end, Matt is finally attempting circumcision .He consumes a bottle of red wine and cuts off his skin, but seeing the blood oozing out, he faints.
